ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Dr. Angella Banks, also known as “Dr. A,” is the Founder of Xcellence, Inc., one of the fastest growing community leadership organizations in the United States with international presence. Under the corporate umbrella of Xcellence, Inc., she is the founder of Xcellence Leadership University, and its Signature Certified Coaching Certification Program.

In January 2008, the vision of Xcellence, Inc. was given to Dr. Banks through a dream, and was incorporated the following year in 2009. Known as the Midwife to DreamsPreneur, she is a true southern belle with a metropolitan twist, and everyone’s favorite inspirational speaker, business and marketing coach-consultant.

Xcellence, Inc.’s unique company infrastructure has touched the lives of thousands and vision encompasses becoming one of the largest grassroots community movements to restore hope, change the lives of people, and inspire them to “Dream Bigger.” Her favorite quote, “A Dream is Just a Dream Until You’re Living It,” embodies her efforts to mobilize the movement through programs in entrepreneurship, leadership development, and transforming communities.
